After much stress this morning and for the last month Yunlong and I signed the lease for our first house!!!! I will be getting the keys this afternoon!!
We only have to pay three weeks of the bond because we are going with Rentstart. Our house is $230 per week and the Rentstart pay three weeks of the bond.

Hope everything goes well today moving. Exciting for you both. I have to say the moving day is not the most memorable for me, so stressful. I hope you have a box with must haves for the first day, ie cups, kettle, tea etc., makes it easier than trying to think , now where did I put that.
