I know! i finally asked the question out loud ha
STOP PRESS I just clicked pause again *and waited* and the red line loading thing did keep going. phew ok promising
is this the only thing one can do to help the situation?
is there anyone who can actually watch youtube first go perfectly???????

this happens to me everytime, but i've found a solution.
let it run through to the end (prefererably without the sound because it's annoying). It will stop and start until it gets to the end - (go and water some plants or something in the meantime). When you come back and it's finished turn the sound back on, press start and it will be fine. Works every time. Just annoying!

Glad you worked it out. I am guessing you are on dial up, think its extra slow in WA lol. It used to drive me mad., but I think I did the go away bit.? or as I know a few do, didn't bother. So glad mine works first time.

Depends on your broadband speed, how long it takes to buffer . . . I remember when we were on a slower one, it took forever & kept stalling . . but now we are (thankfully) on a faster one, it's lightning speed!! Also it may take into account how much of your dl quota you have used per month etc . . if it's getting close to the limit, things go slower. Anyway that's what I've found
